Remembering the name of merciful
Allah it is being started to describe this deed.
Mst. Shamsun Nahar Begum, Husband:
Late MA Kashem purchased the scheduled land from Md. Majedul Islam, Father:
Late Monshi Semiruddin by the absolute sale deed no.-2365 on the date of
20.02.1956 in Dhaka Sadar Sub-Registry Office. From the said date he has been enjoying the
scheduled land peacefully through paying the government rent and tax. Then he
appointed the attorney to M/S. Amin Mohammad Foundation through registering a
power of attorney no.-1454 on the date of 04.03.2009 in Sadar Sub-Registry
Office.
When Shamshun Nahar Begum was
enjoying the scheduled property, he died keeping two sons namely Md. Abdur
Rouf, Md. Sofiul Alam, 6 daughters like Kanij Fatema, Taslima Khatun, Rahima
Khatun, Asma Begum, Lutfun Nahar and Salma Begum, and Mostofa Kamal, Ibne Abu Jayed and Jafor
Sadeque as her successors.

Also Kashem Sadeque became the owner of the land.
Then the successors of Late Shamsun Nahar Begum filed a mutation and separation case no.-4137/09-10, date: 30.06.2010 in Assistant Commissioner of Land, Kotowali Circle and he opened the mutated Khatian no.-3796 and jot no.-5545. Then Amin Mohammad Foundation Limited executed the deed with Md. Abdur Rouf, Md. Sofiul Alam, Taslima Khatun, Rahima Khatun, Asma Begum, Ibne Abu Jayed, Nasir Sadeque, Jobeyara Sadeque and Kashema Sadeque by registering power of attorney no.-7025 on 02.08.2010 or 03.08.2010, another deed no.-7145, on the date of 04.08.2010, another deed no.-7179, on the date of 11.08.2010, another deed no.-7379, on the date of 01.11.2010, Kanij Fatema executed on 01.11.2010 in Australia and attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 01.11.2010 and registered on 06.12.2010 in Deputy Commissioner, Dhaka.
In the next time, Amin Mohammad Foundation Limited got the 21 car parking and 21 apartments of 13 storied building.
When they needs the cash money, Salama Begum sold 1 ½ apartment and 1 ½ car parking and Lutfun Nahar sold 1 ½ apartment and 1 ½ car parking to Amin Mohammad Foundation Limited. Then Md. Safiul Alam sold 3 apartments, 3 car parking with 1 apartment and 1 car parking and left all kinds of ownership from the said property.
As Mrs. Kanij Fatema was living in Australia, she appointed to Md. Sofiul Alam, Father: Abul Kashem, by the power of attorney deed in the office of Deputy Commissioner on 06.12.2010 and attested on 29.11.2010 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and executed in Australia on 01.11.2010.

At present being needed the cash money I “deed giver” have proposed to sell the below mentioned scheduled land. Getting my proposal you “deed receiver have been agreed to purchase the scheduled land. They have been handed over the scheduled property by 10 schedules and executed the deed of compromise.

Handing over the scheduled land I “party-10” and my all successors have left all kind of ownership from the scheduled land forever.
From this date, you “deed receiver” have been owner of the scheduled land according to purchase and being owner of the scheduled property you “deed receiver’ can issue your name in replace of my name and you can pay government rent and tax and can submit cheque and by this, you “deed receiver” can donate, can sell, can give heba and can mortgage and can transfer and can exchange the property to others and cutting soil from the scheduled land.

In this matter I “deed donor” and any of my successors can not make any complain or can not make any objection and can not make any claim. Hereby in my own willing, in my common sense, in my good health, reading the deed, understanding the meanings of it and without any instigation of others I “deed donor” have signed on the deed. End,
