When the deed giver was
enjoying the scheduled land through registering an absolute sale deed no.-5050
on the date of 09/06/1993 in Savar Sub-Registry Office, he filed the separation
and mutation case no.-4877/2000, date: 18/06/2000 to Savar Upazila Assistant Commissioner
(Land) Office and accordingly he separated his name in the jot no.-195 and from
the date paying the government rent and tax, I “deed giver” have been enjoying
the schedule land peacefully.

When Afser Uddin Khan (Apsar), father: Arman Khan,
Address: Village: Doger Chala, P.S.-Gazipur Sadar, District: Gazipur, was
enjoying the scheduled land, he handed over the land to Abdul Khan through registering the deed
no.-2900 on.-16.04.1962 and execution on 28.03.1962 and he left the all kinds
of ownership from the land.

When he was enjoying the
scheduled land, he handed over the land to
Atar Jan Bibi alias Joygan Bib wife of Sikim Ali through registering the
deed no.-1798 on.-04.03.1963 and he left the all kinds of ownership from the
land.

Then they sold the property to Abu Bakar Mollah by
registering an absolute sale deed no.-10606, page no.-241-243, book no.-122,
book no.-1 in Dhaka Sub-Registry Office on the date of 30.05.1967

When he was enjoying the
scheduled property, sold the property to deed giver through registering an
absolute sale deed no.-754, in Araihazar Sub-Registry Office on the date of
27.08.1977.

When they were enjoying the
scheduled property, sold the property to deed giver through registering an
absolute sale deed no.-2116, page no.-233-237, Volume no.-50, book no.-1 in
Mohammadpur Sub-Registry Office on the date of 13.12.1976 and executing on
16.11.1976. Then they left all kinds of ownership from the scheduled land.

When Uzratan Nessa Bibi Alia
Jiatan Nessa wife of Late Innat Ali Mir,
address: Village: Karnapur, Mowza: Karnapur, Mowza No.-33, Union: Goshinga, Upazila: Sreepur, District: Dhaka,
then- Gazipur, was enjoying the scheduled property, she recorded his own name
in the S,A-184 and R.S-186 correctly.

When I “deed giver” was
enjoying the scheduled with others
owners, I executed a deed of compromise
no.-11809 with other owners of the property in
Narsingdi Sadar Sub-Registry Office on the date of 26.06.2014 and I
separated and obtained my share.

I “deed giver” have been
enjoying the scheduled land through
registering the heba deed no.-12925 on the date of 14.07.2014 in Narsingdi
Sadar Sub-Registry Office.

When he was enjoying the
scheduled land, he died keeping Abdul
Karin, Abdul Rahim, Abdul Khalil and Abdul Hakim as his successors.

Then he filed the separation
and mutation case no.-10291(M)/84, date: 03/09/1984 to Assistant Commissioner (Land) Office and
accordingly he separated his name in the jot no.-120/9 and from the date paying
the government rent and tax, “deed
giver” has been enjoying the schedule land peacefully.
At present being needed the
cash money I “deed donor” have proposed to sell the below mentioned scheduled
land. Getting my proposal you “deed receiver have been agreed to purchase the
scheduled land. Discussing about the market value of the said land with you,
both of us have decided that the market value of the said land will be the
mentioned taka. Taking the money
from you “deed receiver” I “deed donor” have sold the property to you “deed
receiver” by the absolute sale deed and handing over the possession of the said
land to you ‘deed receiver”. I and my all successors have left all kinds of
ownership from the land forever.
From this date, you “deed
receiver” have been owner of the scheduled land according to purchase and being
owner of the scheduled property you “deed receiver’ can issue your name in
replace of my name and you can pay government rent and tax and can submit
cheque and by this, you “deed receiver” can donate, can sell, can give heba and
can mortgage and can transfer and can exchange the property to others and
cutting soil from the scheduled land. By this, you and your all kinds of
successors can enjoy the property forever and can enjoy the property
peacefully. In this matter I “deed donor” and any of my successors can not make
any complain or can not make any objection and can not make any claim. If any
kinds of such claim are made by me or by any of my successor it will be
rejected and unaccepted in the all courts.

It is being mentioned that I
“deed donor” have not sold the below mentioned scheduled property even before,
can not transfer, can not donate, can not mortgage and can not make any
agreement with others by writing or by verbal. I can not mortgage the property
to others or to any bank and I can not make any earnest money deed with others
and the scheduled property has not been made auction and has not been
forfeited. The below mentioned scheduled
property has been sold by absolute sale deed when the property was correct
without any error and without any liability. If any kind of error in the
absolute sale deed is revealed in future, the deed will not be rejected or will
not be abolished. Rather, if it is needed, I shall remain liable to execute and
to register a new rectified deed under my responsibility and the error
rectified deed will be considered as part of the absolute sale deed. If any
kind of misleading or secreting of correct information about the interest, possession of the transferred land
are revealed in future and for this, any kind of loss is occurred, I “deed
donor” shall remain accountable to refund the showed value including the
compensation and I shall be convicted for this.

remain accountable to rectify it and I shall also remain accountable to prepare
