10. Real purpose to transfer of the property: This property is being donated as recognition
of innocent affection and love to the nephew from aunty and sister.

property, easement ownership and any mentionable opinion of the transfer (if
any): Remembering
the name of merciful Allah and giving Salam
to Nabi Karim Mohammad (S:) it is being started to describe this deed.
It is being started to describe this heba deed for the house land. When
Sukur Bibi from the successor of her husband namely Noyab Ali, Sadar Ali and I “deed giver no.-3” from
successors of our father namely Late Nowab Ali, were enjoying the scheduled
land, Sukkur Bibi, i,e mother of deed giver no.-3 deed keeping one daughter and
two sons namely Dil Mohammad and Sadar Ali as her successors.

properties of the government or it has no ownership of the government in anyhow
on the properties.
I am also promising if any
information (above mentioned) is wrong, I shall remain accountable for this and
in this matter it will be done the criminal and civil case against me/us. If
any wrong and untrue information is given about the transferred properties, I
shall remain accountable to rectify it and I shall also remain accountable to
prepare and to register a new deed by my own cost.
It has not been sowed the less value
about the properties in the transferred/heba deed.
