At least 25 years consecutive description of the transferred land: (the description of the deed of the earnest money when it will be applicable) and the purpose of the transfer, the possession of the property, isment ownership and any mentionable opinion of the transfer (if any): District, Police Station, Sub-Registry Office & City Corporation-Khulna under Mouza no.-3, name- Baniyakhamar, S,A Khatian no.-286 and recording in our name on our share of the land and paying the rent and tax on the land and submitting the cheque we have been possessing the ownership of the land. Being needed the cash money I “deed seller” have given the proposal to sell the land of 0.0450 acre. Getting the proposal you “deed receiver” have agreed to purchase the land and taking the value of the land I “deed donor” have sold the below mentioned schedule land and boundary land and I “deed donor” have transferred the said scheduled land to you “deed receiver” and now I “deed donor” am recognizing and making the undertaking that,

The ownership, profit, possession of the property which was under my ownership, had been transferred to you “deed receiver” and I “deed donor” has left all kind of ownership from the scheduled land. I “deed donor” have left all kind of ownership from the land forever. Purchasing the land from me you “deed receiver” can enjoy the land and your all kinds of successors can enjoy the land forever.  In this matter I and any of my successor can not make any objection.

I am the absolute owner of the transferred land, I have not done any agreement or I have not sold the property to others or I have not mortgaged the property to others. This property is not a vested/ khas property or it is not an abandoned property of government or the ownership of the scheduled property is not vested on the government in anyhow. I am being promised also more if the above mentioned information is filed wrongly, I shall remain liable for this and any kind of criminal and civil case will be filed against me. If any kind of wrong and misleading information is given about the transferred property, I shall remain liable to return the showed value including giving the compensation.

District, Police Station, Sub-Registry Office & City Corporation-Khulna under Mouza no.-3, name- Baniyakhamar,  C,S no.-324 under Labanchar, in this area S,A Khatian no.- 286 (two hundred and eighty six).

 

C, S, & S,A,- 371 (three hundred and seventy one) and in this plot distributed 1.80 acre land. C,S & S,A 366 (three hundred and sixty six) and in this plot distributed 0.68 acre land.  The identified C, S & S,A plot no.- 371 (three hundred and seventy one)  and from it there is .0450 acre of land. A one storied building has been built on this land and there are two rooms and one toilet in this house. All these things including the land have been sold by this absolute sale deed. This property has been written in D,P-2071 (two thousand and seventy one) Khatian no of Bangladesh Land Survey and the property has been recorded in D,P, Plot no.-4630 (four thousand six hundred and thirty) as the distributed classified property.
