Due to the following terms and conditions is issued of this license.

1. Nothing  such will be keep in this room that may be dangerous, danger to respiratory system, bad smelling and harmful  to the neighbors  and could not be such materials to us that to the employees, neighbor life harmful, health less or property may be loss and any kind of harm may be happened to the peoples.
2. This license for any person, place and business type not is changeable.
3. It is for only aforementioned address partly or fully involved.
4. In this license animals number which may be remain, more than of it can not be kept.
5. In the cows room, a huge amount of water where can not be supplied, in such kind of place cows room can not be made.
6. For the cause of environment pollution, all kinds of previous carefulness  and preventive base arrangement shall be adopted.
7. Chemical of air and steam base materials from the factory after not to extend out side, but after purification of the same shall be released.
8. In the production system of the factory, by any means, public health and residential environment will not be harmed and any kind of public health harmful or environmental pollution of any kind of situation if is arisen, this license could be cancelled by the Municipal Authority.
9. Through this license, any kind of immovable or movable property upon of ownership right or possession right shall not  be involved.  
10. Fire Extinguisher equipments shall be used.
11. Due to violation of above mentioned terms and conditions, this license shall be treated as cancel.
