Affidavit of Financial Support

 

 In favor of   Mr. Mohammad Abdul Mozid

and 

Mrs. Jahanara Akter

We (1) Mr. Mohammad Abdul Mozid, Profession: Businessman, and (2) Mrs. Jahanara Akter, Profession: Housewife, having our present residence at House no.-91/E/5, Road-7/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209, Bangladesh. Permanent Address:  Balidha, Pachakori, Manirampur, Jessore, Khulna, Bangladesh, are citizens of Bangladesh by birth and permanently residing in Bangladesh both  by faith Muslim, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

 

1. That we are permanent residents of Bangladesh and are citizens of Bangladesh by birth and came from respectable families of Bangladesh having strong family, social and economic ties in Bangladesh.
2. That Ishrat Jahan Tamanna is our daughter, having date of birth 14^th April, 1997, Place of birth-Dhaka, Nationality-Bangladeshi by birth, bearing passport no.-BJ0194528, Date of issue: 15^th November, 2015 and date of expiry: 14^th November, 2020, Place of Issue: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
3. That she is the eldest of our two children and her younger brother being, Tanveer Saleh Tamim, born on 8^th January, 2006 and is studying in 6^th Grade in Junior Laboratory High School, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
4. That we are lawful financial sponsors and guarantors of our daughter-Ishrat Jahan Tamanna, who has been accepted into Saint Mary’s University for higher studies and we are tending to send her there to take up, continue and complete the desired courses in full and to obtain desired degrees within the time frame under our sponsorship.
5. That we do hereby unequivocally undertake and guarantee to remit necessary funds in foreign currency  (in Canadian Dollar) to her account in Canada in order to enable her to  bear her educational, living, food and all other relevant expenses to be incurred in pursuing her full course of higher studies at Saint Mary’s university. As evidence of our sufficient solvency and capability to support her financially during the entire educational period of stay in Canada, Bank Certificates along with Bank Statements, relevant deeds proving ownership of properties in Bangladesh etc are enclosed for kind consideration and perusal.
6. That we have already transferred CAD 17388 to Saint Mary’s University as her first year tuition which will be non-refundable once he is granted a study permit. This is to further confirm our intensions to send her strictly to peruse her Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
7. That is support of our financial capability and responsibility for our daughter to complete her  full course of higher studies at Saint Mary’s University in  Canada. We solemnly affirm and undertake that we possess the following moveable and immoveable assets which are free from any encumbrances and which are saleable, transferrable and convertible when necessary. The discretion of assets along with present market valuation is given below.
