I do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:- 

01.	I am  the  permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth. The visa applicant is my son namely SHAFEE CHOWDHURY  (Passport No.-EG 0163049).
02.	That, the land value and others properties are enough to support the above applicant financially. So the visa applicants is able to meet his expenditure  during staying in Canada for the purpose of study.
