01.                        That I am a permanent citizen and resident of Bangladesh.

 

02.                        That I have maintaining a current account bearing no.-811330002807 as credit balance of amount of Tk.3,85,744.13/- (Three lac eighty five thousand forty four taka and thirteen paisa only)  in Social  Islami Bank Ltd, Demra Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

 

03.                        That I shall take the responsibility of my nephew NAZMUS SAKIB BEARING BANGLADESHI  PASSPORT NO.- BY0787267, DATE OF BIRTH: 01.01.2001, Profession: Student, Nationality: Bangladeshi by birth who is my nephew and I am his uncle.  I shall provide all the financial and other support  he needs in this period.
